Product introduction

6-S shaking table is the core sorting equipment in the field of gravity beneficiation, known for its excellent sorting precision and stable operation performance. It adopts glass fiber reinforced plastic bed, and can efficiently separate mineral particles with different specific gravity through the effect of compound force field. It is widely used in the roughing, selecting and sweeping operations of rare metals, precious metals and non-metallic minerals, and is the ideal sorting equipment for mine processing plant.

Working Principle

After the slurry is fed into the slightly inclined bed, the mineral particles are separated under the action of composite force field:

  • Asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed: positive inertial force and reverse friction are generated, making the particles move longitudinally on the bed and stratify according to specific gravity.

  • Transverse current flushing: The current flushes the stratified upper layer of light mineral particles transversely to the tailings side.

  • Gravity and friction: Heavy mineral particles, due to their high specific gravity, are affected by the friction on the bed surface and move along the bed streak towards the concentrate side.

Eventually, minerals with different specific gravity show clear fan-shaped zones on the bed surface, and are discharged from the concentrate end, the middle zone and the tailings side respectively, realizing precise separation.
