Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is a kind of high-efficiency and energy-saving quantitative feeding equipment, which is used to evenly, quantitatively and continuously convey lumpy, granular or powdery materials from the storage bin to the receiving device. Working Principle

Electromagnetic vibrating feeder adopts the principle of electromagnetic drive and mechanical resonance:

  1. Power supply: The electromagnetic coil is energized by a single-phase, half-wave rectified current.

  2. Generate suction: in the positive half of the current, the coil generates pulse electromagnetic force, attracts armature, makes the trough move backward, and the main spring stores potential energy.

  3. Release elastic force: In the negative half of the current, the electromagnetic force disappears, the main spring releases energy and pushes the trough forward.

  4. Cyclic vibration: The power supply alternates at 50Hz per second, which makes the trough vibrate reciprocally at a frequency of 3000 times per minute.

  5. Material conveying: As the bottom plane of the trough body and the line of action of the excitation force into a certain angle, the material in the trough body is subject to cyclic excitation force, along the parabolic trajectory of continuous forward jumping movement, so as to realize the uniformity of the material.

  6. Control flow: Adjust the output voltage by changing the conduction angle of the SCR to control the amplitude of vibration, and finally realize the stepless adjustment of the feeding quantity.
