Core working principle
The motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after multiple deceleration through the triangle belt, reducer and gear. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding trough, tumbling and grinding each other under the impeller, effectively destroying the water vapor layer wrapping the sand particles and removing the surface impurities. At the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, which discharges the impurities and light substances from the overflow port in time, and the clean sand and gravel are taken away by the blades, and finally discharged from the discharge chute to complete the washing operation.

Second, spiral sand washing machine
Core working principle
The spiral device in the equipment rotates continuously in the tank, mixing and pushing the sand and gravel materials. During the mixing process, the soil and water in the sand and gravel materials are fully mixed into slurry, which is discharged from the overflow port on the side of the equipment; while the clean sand and gravel are gradually lifted and dewatered from the other end of the bottom of the tank body under the impetus of the spiral piece, and finally discharged from the discharge port on the top, thus realizing the integrated operation of cleaning, dewatering and grading.
