Generate magnetic field: The sorting magnetic roller rotates at high speed, and the surface generates a high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field.
Induction of eddy current: When the conductive metal passes through the magnetic field, a strong eddy current is induced inside.
Generation of repulsive force: This eddy current in turn generates a reverse magnetic field in the opposite direction of the original magnetic field, thus generating a strong repulsive force (Lorentz force).
Realization of separation: the repulsive force will conductive metal materials from the original trajectory of the forward projectile out, so as to realize and non-metallic (plastic, rubber, glass, etc.) or non-conductive material to effectively separate.
Separation criteria: the conductivity of the material and the density of the ratio of the value. The higher the ratio value, the greater the repulsive force, the better the sorting effect.
