Step 1: Pre-treatment and uniform feeding

Step 4: Slag-water separation and environmental protection closed loop

  • Process Purpose: Separate the slag-water mixture in the sorting process, realizing the recycling of water resources and the dry pile discharge of tailings.

    • Dewatering screen: preliminary dewatering of medium and fine particulate materials.

    • Filter press: deep dewatering of fine slag slurry, the output of low moisture content of dry slag cake, easy to transport and resource utilization. The filtrate is returned to the recycling pool, realizing zero sewage discharge throughout the process.

Step 5: Finished product treatment and resource utilization

  • Purpose of the process: to convert the sorted products into commodities.

  • Output and destination:

    • Metal products: all kinds of metals (iron, copper and aluminum, stainless steel, precious metal concentrates) are packed separately and sold as renewable resources.

    • Tailings products: clean tailings after dehydration, in line with GB/T25032-2010 building materials standards, can be used for brick making, cement blending, road base materials, etc.
